Brisbane Botanical Gardens,the Metro Arts and churches.

 

Today I asked the my guides to show me the things that inspire me...

This is what I saw as I wandered through the Brisbane Botanical Gardens.

 

 

 

 

 

 

"What else inspires me" I asked "Show me that?" I asked.
Soon I found myself wandering around the streets of Brisbane following my instincts..
I stopped at a place called the Metro Arts Centre ,a theatre and a community facility for artists,sculptors,jewellry-makers and yoga-type people. I stopped for a coffee and chatted with the waitress there who was herself an artist.Artists and creative people inspire me as well as any form of creative art.
That is why I liked this.. the Graffitti dedication walls on the side of the Metro Arts Centre ,created over time by the actors and theatre-hands who have performed various plays in this building over the previous decades.Graffiti from the hands of some theatrical communities who have frequented this town,kind of cool!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 I kind of like Brisbane's vibrant architecture too,there are a few really nice examples in sandstone like this church, nestled refreshingly in the face of the great shining high-rises that tower over this town.
